Born to a UN-peacekeeper’s family, Hanna was raised between Finland and the Middle East. She’s a filmmaker and journalist who’s passionate about using media and technology to dismantle obstacles to peace. Her interests include the dynamics of historical narratives in conflicts and how to increase dialogue by creating better narrative awareness. Currently based in Finland.

Susanna is a former cafe entrepreneur and current CEO of Woamy, a startup aiming to replace harmful plastic packaging with biodegradable alternatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture from Aalto University and is driven to use spatial design to increase the well-being in society. To find balance from city life, Susanna often escapes to Finnish nature.
Mirjam Reponen
Board member
Mirjam is a social work professional and a cultural agent with
special interest in enhancing dialogue through arts, especially
drama education. She has faith in the transformative power of
creativity within and between communities. Playfulness and art
can be used to overcome the obstacles of dialogue: they create
space to see and feel the narrative of the other.
